Cancellation Policy
A “No Show” is a client who fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without canceling at least 24 hours in advance. All deposits are NON- Refundable.
I do understand that emergencies happen and sometimes you might need to cancel or you will even be a little late. All deposits are NON- Refundable.
As long as you communicate and let it be known that you will be late or need to cancel no fees will be charged. All deposits are NON Refundable.
If you arrive 15 minutes late without any communication a late fee of $15 will be charged. After you are 30 minutes late your scheduled appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule. All deposits are Non-Refundable .
If you are a “No Show” without any communication 24 hours in advance for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of your service total.
A “No Show” will result in a one- time reschedule opportunity and you will need to choose a new day and time for your appointment.
